Getting started

Installation

Adding Mira to your server takes about 30 seconds. You need Manage Server permission on the target server.

Step 1 โ€” Invite the bot

Click the "Add to your server" button on the homepage or use the direct OAuth link. You'll be taken to Discord's authorization screen.

Discord will ask you to confirm which server to add Mira to. Pick yours and authorize.

Step 2 โ€” Required permissions

Mira asks for a specific set of permissions on invite. Granting them all is necessary for every feature to work. The permission integer is 1099780451462.

  • Manage Channels โ€” create ticket channels, configure auto-mod
  • Manage Roles โ€” auto-roles, verification, level rewards
  • Kick / Ban Members โ€” moderation commands, anti-nuke enforcement
  • Manage Messages โ€” auto-mod actions, purge command
  • Read Message History โ€” transcripts, audit log
  • Add Reactions โ€” reaction roles, starboard
  • Send Messages / Embed Links โ€” most output
  • Use External Emojis โ€” full embed support
  • Mention Everyone โ€” only used for explicit pings you configure
Mira's role must be above any roles it manages. Move Mira's role toward the top of your role list, especially above auto-roles, verified roles, and any moderator role it should be able to action against.

Step 3 โ€” Open the dashboard

Visit rbananz.xyz/dashboard and sign in with Discord. You'll see a grid of servers where you have Manage Server. Click your server to start configuring.
