Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
By adding Mira to a Discord server or using the Mira dashboard, you agree to these terms. Operated by Alyxer Studios (a Shadowspire Studios brand); contact bananatechnologiesx@gmail.com.
What Mira is
Mira is a free Discord bot for moderation, community management, and engagement โ anti-nuke, verification, tickets, leveling, applications, giveaways, autoresponders, starboard, suggestions, and a dashboard to configure it. Every feature is free for every server, with no payment processing and no premium tier.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mira to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, harass other users, run spam or scam operations, or facilitate illegal activity. We may remove Mira from servers that misuse it without notice.
You are responsible for how you configure Mira on your server. Mira's moderation tools (anti-nuke, anti-spam, auto-mod, verification) are tools, not guarantees. They reduce attack surface but cannot replace active human moderation. Server owners and mod teams remain responsible for what happens on their server.
Account & access
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth โ Mira can only see and modify settings on servers where you have the "Manage Server" permission. We do not store your Discord password and cannot post messages as you.
Availability
Mira is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. We may take it offline at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or because we're a small team and things happen. The public /status page reflects real-time availability; check there before assuming an outage is your fault.
Liability
Mira is free. We provide no warranty and accept no liability for damages, losses, raid incidents, or banned accounts that result from using or relying on Mira. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is zero (Mira costs nothing, and that's the upper bound on what you can recover).
Anti-nuke and anti-raid features apply to every user equally โ including server owners โ to keep rules consistent. We do not maintain a whitelist. If you give a user admin permissions, Mira will treat them like any other potential threat.
Your content
Content you create through Mira (welcome messages, embeds, applications, autoresponder text, ticket transcripts) belongs to you. We store it to make Mira work, but we don't claim ownership and don't use it for anything other than running the bot for your server.
Termination
Remove Mira from your server at any time โ that ends our relationship and triggers data deletion after 30 days. We may restrict access for terms violations with no obligation to restore it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get a notice in the support server and a refreshed date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Mira after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Alyxer Studios and its parent Shadowspire Studios operate. Disputes are resolved on a one-on-one basis; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
