Applications

Custom application forms with modal submissions and approve/deny workflow. Great for staff applications, role applications, partnership requests.

Building a form

On the applications dashboard, click + New form. Add up to 5 questions (Discord modal limit). Per question:

  • Label, placeholder, short or paragraph style
  • Required toggle
  • Min/max length

Form settings

  • Review channel — where submissions are posted for staff to review
  • Role on accept (optional) — granted automatically when accepted
  • Title and description — shown on the application embed

Submission flow

  1. You post the application embed in a channel (button on it)
  2. Member clicks → modal opens → fills out questions → submits
  3. Submission posts to the review channel with Approve / Deny buttons
  4. Staff clicks Approve → member is DM'd, role is granted if configured

Posting the form

Use the "Post to channel" button in the dashboard, or /application post id:N channel:#apply in Discord.
