Polls

Create timed polls with multiple choices, live vote counts, and optional role requirements. Results are counted server-side, so a member can only vote once even across multiple accounts if you require role-gating.

Creating a poll

From the Polls page in the dashboard, or via /poll create. Configure:

• Question — up to 200 characters
• Choices — 2 to 10 options
• Duration — how long voting stays open (5 min to 30 days)
• Multiple choice — allow voters to pick more than one option
• Show live results — display running counts, or hide until close
• Required role — optional; only members with this role can vote

Ending a poll

Polls close automatically at their end time. Mira edits the original message to show the final tally and total votes. You can end a poll early with /poll end or the End button in the dashboard.

• /poll list — list all active polls
• /poll end poll-id — end a poll early
