Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
This privacy policy explains what data Mira collects when added to a Discord server or used through the dashboard. Operated by Alyxer Studios (a Shadowspire Studios brand); contact bananatechnologiesx@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs โ to enable features you configure
- User IDs of members who interact with Mira โ for moderation history, XP, tickets, verification, AFK status
- Mod action records you create (warn, kick, ban, mute) and the reasons attached
- Audit log of server events Mira observes (joins, leaves, role changes, channel changes, message deletes)
- Anti-nuke event records (which user did what, when) โ used to enforce thresholds, retained briefly
- Verification attempts โ whether a user passed or failed, when
- Suggestion content and votes โ when members use /suggest
- Application form responses โ submitted via your custom forms
- Ticket transcripts โ message history inside a ticket channel, until you close it
- Autoresponder triggers and replies you configure (your text, not member messages)
- Starboard entries (message ID, author ID, star count) when messages cross your threshold
- Message content snapshots โ only when an auto-mod rule fires on that specific message, for audit purposes
- Dashboard auth: a session cookie tied to your Discord OAuth identity (user ID + username + avatar)
What we don't collect
- Regular message content โ Mira reads messages to evaluate auto-mod rules and autoresponder triggers but does not store them unless a rule matches
- DMs sent between users
- Voice channel audio
- IP addresses or device fingerprints (beyond what Vercel / our hosting provider keep for security)
- Payment information โ Mira is fully free with no payment processing
- Marketing tracking โ there are no third-party analytics or advertising trackers
Status page data
The public /status page polls the bot and shows live operational metrics: latency, memory usage, uptime percentage, recent incidents. Status history is kept in memory only โ it resets on bot restart and is never written to disk. Nothing on the status page identifies individual users.
Your rights
You can request data deletion at any time by emailing us. Remove Mira from your server to stop all data collection โ server-level data is purged 30 days after removal. Individual users can ask to have their personal records (warnings, XP, AFK status, verification attempts) deleted on request.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a SQLite database on the bot's hosting provider. Dashboard traffic is HTTPS. Discord OAuth tokens are kept in encrypted session cookies, not in our database. No system is perfectly secure โ using Mira means you accept that residual risk.
Children
Mira follows Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from users under Discord's minimum age, and a server that uses Mira to interact with underage users is not using Mira as intended.
Changes
If we materially change what we collect or how it's used, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice in the support server.
