Host migration + server config reset

Migrated from Brickhosting.org to Cybrancee ahead of Brickhosting's July 10 shutdown. Bot was fully offline during the transfer, and the old SQLite database format wasn't accepted by the new host's runtime — every server's Mira config was reset to defaults as a result.

Resolved: Bot is stable on Cybrancee. Server owners can restore configs quickly via presets in the Shop, or manually via the dashboard.
