Tickets

Mira's ticket system is fully customizable per-panel: design, multiple categories, modal form, welcome embed, claim system, transcripts, auto-close.

Creating a panel

Click + New panel on the tickets dashboard. You'll drop into the editor with six tabs.

Design

  • Embed title, description, color
  • Button label, emoji, style (Primary / Secondary / Success / Danger)

Live Discord-faithful preview shows your changes in real time.

Channel & roles

  • Panel channel โ€” where the button appears
  • Ticket category โ€” Discord category for new ticket channels
  • Log channel โ€” transcripts and close summaries
  • Staff role โ€” gets access to every ticket

Categories

Add categories like "Support", "Report", "Apply". Users get a dropdown to pick. Each category can override the staff role, Discord category, and welcome message.

Welcome

First message inside the ticket. Placeholders: {user}, {number}, {category}.

Form

Up to 5 modal questions before ticket opens. Per-field: label, placeholder, short/paragraph, required, length limits. Responses shown in the welcome embed.

  • Max open per user
  • Channel naming scheme โ€” placeholders for new channel names
  • Auto-close hours โ€” silence before auto-close (0 = off)
  • Claim system โ€” adds a Claim button
  • Transcripts on close โ€” .txt transcripts to log channel
